The Libraries have enhanced EZproxy with Duo two factor authentication. Use your mobile device to confirm your login.
Duo works best through the app on your smartphone. If you are relying on a duo callback please ensure your phone number is up to date by going to connect.wustl.edu/2fa and clicking on "manage enrollment" to change your Duo selections.

Our Duo integration is a bit different from your email or other campus systems, so you won't see the campus Single Sign On screen when you log in. If you haven't set up the Duo application and you are using Duo's call feature, you may need to check your Duo settings to ensure the correct phone number is set up as the first number on your account. Our Duo integration will not ring multiple numbers. You can check your Duo settings by going to https://connect.wustl.edu/2fa and clicking on the "manage enrollment" button. If you're still having trouble, here are some other steps to try.
- Try checking your caps lock
- Type your credentials in again
- Try clearing the cache of your web browser
- Check the 2FA help site: https://it.wustl.edu/items/2fa/
